The problem
Everyone at the brokerage, especially the brokers, was answering a steady stream of repetitive questions from realtors across Alberta, plus property managers, commercial realtors and other brokers. Broker time was being eaten by questions with known answers.
What we built
- A custom AI assistant trained on the brokerage’s own rules and policies
- Municipal real estate rules for each relevant municipality
- Provincial real estate rules
- Their real estate board’s rules
- Delivered as a mobile app: members download it, log in, and ask the app first
