Our guarantee

No two businesses are the same, so we have three guarantees, and every project gets the one that fits it. Each is tied to a baseline we measure together before we build, so your target comes from your own numbers.

Step one: measure

During the Deep Dive we record your “before” number: missed calls a month, lead response time, hours a week on a task. We both sign off on it. Then we set a target that fits your volume. A business missing 30 calls a month can be guaranteed more than one missing 10.

Results are measured with the system’s own logs (call logs, automation run logs) against that baseline. No fuzzy maths.

Example only: if you’re missing about 15 calls a month, we’d guarantee 5 extra booked appointments. Your target is set from your own numbers.

On every project

Every project is different. Every project is guaranteed.
By project size

Small builds

Free pilot

Try it free. If it doesn’t hit the target, you pay nothing.

For templated builds like an AI receptionist or missed-call text-back.

Mid-size builds

We keep working

If it doesn’t hit the target in time, we keep working for free and your monthly fee is waived until it does.

For automations and knowledge assistants.

Large builds

Pay as it proves itself

Work is split into phases. You don’t pay for the next phase until the current one hits its target.

Optional ROI guarantee: if it hasn’t paid for itself in the agreed time, your retainer is free until it does.

📅 Your launch date, in writing. Before we start, we agree when it goes live and put it in your proposal. Simple builds can often be live in about a week; bigger projects get a realistic date and milestones.

Building a new AI product? We guarantee what we control: on-time delivery, quality against agreed acceptance criteria, and adoption targets in the pilot group. The business outcome is the goal we share.

The fine print, in plain English

A guarantee only works if both sides show up. Every guarantee applies when you:

  1. 1You give us the access and information we need to build and run it.
  2. 2You actually use it: route calls to the agent, turn the automation on, point your team to the tool.
  3. 3You get back to our requests within a few business days.
  4. 4Results are measured with the system’s own logs against the baseline we both signed off on.
  5. 5You don’t change the system or the tools it connects to without telling us.
  6. The full terms are written into your proposal and contract.
